Shrink sleeve and pressure sensitive labels are a major factor behind low bottle to bottle recycling. In many cases, they cannot be separated from the plastic bottles they cover, making them impossible to process.
Our Solution
Magnetizable coatings enable circular recycling. Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Our coatings are printed on labels without altering manufacturing.
Step 2
After consumer use, PET bottles are sent for recycling.
Step 3
During recycling, PET bottles are ground into flakes.
Step 4
Recyclers can remove labels using existing magnetic separators.
